" Dry nice room but the bathroom needs fixing "

"Rooms shabby in parts. Bathroom very dated. We were celebrating an anniversary and special birthday but all we had was writing on a mirror. This was a disappointment. I also thought I left my watch in the room after checkout. I called to find out. Never heard back from them. They could have at least phoned to say they hadn’t located it. Breakfast felt rushed and was buffet whereas before it was al la carte. Don’t feel it’s 5 stars. It so could be with more attention to detail "

"did enjoy visit, staff friendly bedroom better then expected only thing, breakfast can do better instead of putting all the hot food out in one go, make as required .eggs, bacon. Hard and dry, apart from that will use again "
