"Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. "

"This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. "The apartment is not accurately listed - it really only sleeps one person, not 3. The Murphy bed that is quite short and can only sleep one adult person at an angle. This was a bit uncomfortable, but would never have worked for two persons. You had to totally rearrange the oversized couch and other furniture in the living room to pull the Murphy bed down. The second sleeping space was a cot in a walk- in closet with no ventilation, next to a wall of built-in shelves. If I had counted on this...

"Overall a great stay. Close to Disneyland, about 25 mins to the gate with young kids but you can also drive of course, as there is access from that side of the park. Very clean and updated space with comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of cleaning supplies and consumables such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and then basic kitchen consumables. For a few days stay those small items would be greatly appreciated instead of having to go out and buy all those little things.just to...

"The property owner was very nice and made it a very easy check-in process with email communications. Very close to Disneyland all within walking distance, which made it wonderful. The house was stocked with things that we needed. The townhouses were a little ran down, but this property. had some updates inside which made it welcoming. Overall nice stay."
