"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! "This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. "Overall a great stay. Close to Disneyland, about 25 mins to the gate with young kids but you can also drive of course, as there is access from that side of the park. Very clean and updated space with comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of cleaning supplies and consumables such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and then basic kitchen consumables. For a few days stay those small items would be greatly appreciated instead of having to go out and buy all those little things.just to...

"We stayed in the apartment for a month. Besides that the apartment itself is very convenient, cozy, its location is great: a pool, jacuzzi and a tennis court right there; very convenient access to highways, supermarkets, marina, the Centre of Long Beach. The owner of the apartment is always available and very helpful."

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....
