"Horrible very dirty, I have a promo in cheaptickets but in the property I have to pay an extra because they toldme it was 1 bed price and my reservation say 2 beds.... the room was so dirty and somebody make noise with claxon verly early in the morning for like 15 minutes when I try to do the checkout I have to wait for like 15 mints for somebody to helpme, definitly not a family place, the only one thing was the location a few steps from freeway"

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend! "

"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "
