"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"Terrible! They cancelled one hour before check in time. Stated that we had a "house violation" but we never even stepped foot in the house. The "violation" was that they only rented in "one month time frames" but they had confirmed our one week reservation which was paid in FULL. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. This completely ruined our vacation and cause a tremendous amount of stress. "

"This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand.
