"Clean and cozy! As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable here. The space looked exactly like the pictures. Host provided a key to the inside space so you can lock the door leading into the suite when you’re gone. Host was very quick to respond to my messages. "Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! There were 4 adults and very comfortable."

We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "
