"I would’ve given it 5 stars for staff helpful and friendliness but today I asked a young man if someone could please bring my suitcase down I was using one of my 2 crutches and was shattered just walking with my handbag. He said to me is the lift not working and then can’t you do it yourself! Every other member of staff were fantastic helped me in and out on my mobility scooter which they let me leave charging in their cloakroom.
