Convenient to the beach, Ocean Ave, the Art Deco district and more… very clean but showing some signs of wear (our sink had a plumbing problem and soaked everything in the bathroom). So fun to stay in a unique and non-corporatized place!"

"Royal palm was great, checkin was easy fast and efficient, the hotel was in a perfect location. The bar, and pool area was amazing. The air didn’t work and we asked for someone to fix it and they never came but it was January so it wasn’t bad and just slept with the balcony door open at night, we had to ask for clean towels three times and were handed we thought dirty ones by the made, but finally got new clean ones from the front desk. "

"The facilities were gorgeous and clean! The day we checked in the air conditioner was broken on the entire property, but Janayia, Natasha, and Dilan at the concierge were so kind and accommodating to help keep us cool under the circumstances. They checked on us and brought us fans and let us know when the facilities were fixed, even comped us breakfast and drinks for the inconvenience. The pool and lounge area is great to hang out - we didn’t even need to go downtown. Amazing stay! "

"Outside the hotel is beautiful (pool, beach and dining). Inside the rooms are dated, would recommend getting rid of the older bathtubs and replacing with showers."
