"Comfortable stay and excellent location. Breakfast brunch is good. Staff tries their best to be polite. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Bath tub appeared heavily used with a plenty lot of marks. Lot of noise from the street and from the hallway woke me up several times in the night."

"The sonder was aweome i had an issue with checking in and they were able to give me a late checkout for free. Sonder is close to southbeach and so many places to eat and drink. Would def use this location again "

"It was nice overall. Hovewer, we were informed that the concierge will reach out and make some recommendations or booking for us. Nobody reached and when we were trying to reach nobody picked up nor answered our emails. That was a disappointment. Also, I booked the hotel because of tennis courts. Nobody told us as well as no information was about reconstruction of tennis courts. Will never come again, it’s far from what we expected. "
