"The only one minus is no parking, location is nice because the beach is really close a lot of good restaurants and good places also close. And also the big plus is the area, it was very quiet inside the room no matter it’s a day time or night time, because when you coming from the city the silence is really important to you, there was a constructions work near by, but it’s didn’t bother at all. "The location from south beach and Ocean drive is incredible for the price. We stayed in the king suite and it sits right over the Italian restaurant downstairs and you hear their music blaring until close to midnight every day though. It was very hard to sleep because of that so be warned, I’m not sure if it’s this loud for every room. Also there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room which was quite the surprise. Not being able to keep any food or drink in your room when you’re staying more...

"Nice quiet location just a block or so from the beach and Espanola Street restaurants. Reasonably priced. Keep in mind these Art Deco District hotels are near 100 years old, so expect some wear and nostalgic features. It was a nice comfortable stay, and we would stay here again."

"Check in was ol, room clean but felt a little musty. Breakfast was cereal which i had to comment to the fromt desk.that i saw the lady open the package with her teeth to pour into the container. Good thing i dont eat cereal. I had black coffe and bought something outside. I like staying here for the convenience. "

No curtains on windows, flood lights directly into room from building next door. Just a bed and desk. No lamps, end tables, or curtains. Dirty. Falling apart. Only thing clean were the towels and bedding. Doors deadbolt did not lock. Smelled moldy. "
