"My family stayed here prior to our cruise! The staff was amazing, rooms were very clean. Steps from the beach and close to everything! Would stay again. "

"The lobby was beautiful. The room was a little stuffy and could use a refresh. We were upgraded at check in and promised a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room. Never arrived during our 2 night stay. When we got to our room it had not been cleaned. We were told at the front desk that our resort fees would be waived for the inconvenience. We were charged both days. The staff was very friendly but we were disappointed with the follow through....

"Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."

"Stay was overall uneventful, our AC did not work but they fixed it fast. Great location if you plan on exploring Miami Beach, breakfast was included but okay. Enjoyed the welcome drink however it wasn't available until hours after check in which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. With the price of the hotel I think the resort fee is excessive. "

"Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice to have options of a rooftop pool or going to the beach. Even after check out we had access to the pool. Would recommend. "
