"Staff was generally friendly. Wanted to use the pool but it wasn’t heated like advertised and was too cold. Had breakfast at the restaurant and the 1 person working did not pay attention to our order or what we were saying and kept bringing us the wrong stuff. There was only 3 people total in the restaurant at the time. Parking lot needs work, lots of holes. The beds were not very comfortable, my back is hurting quite a bit after this stay. The pillows smelt like dog and the rooms are not very...

"Check in was great, breakfast was great, bed in room was good, other furnishings - chairs, sofa bed were horrible. There were multiple tears in sofa bed. Carpet had been replaced but not properly placed under baseboards. Horrible parking garage with only 1/3 of elevators working. No covered walkway from garage to hotel lobby."

"This is a cute place to stay and convenient to walking paths and many funky austin hot spots! Communication with landlord is easy and Lisa offers lots of tips, recomondations, and check ins. The style decor is very clever and aesthetic. There are plenty of sleep spaces, and all are good for those who like firm mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and drinks - bring your own shower and hair wash supplies. "

"I gathered my sales team for two days of meetings. There was plenty of common space, both inside and out, where we could meet, as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own private space. The location next to Zilker Park was a plus as well as we could take walks on breaks etc. The property mgt contact was very helpful and easy to work with. I recommend this property without reservation."
