This house is located is south Austin roughly 15 minutes from downtown. There is a huge shopping center 2 minutes from the house. There is a large grocery store called H-E-B that is easily walkable. The "Far Out Lounge" music venue and bar is about a ten minute walk away. There are breweries close and all the shopping you would need. Easy access to I-35 for a quick way to get around town (outside of morning and afternoon rush) House is in a great location and is stocked up.

Beautiful house, perfect getaway
The house was really homey, and the kitchen was the perfect size to be able to cook meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing. It was perfectly secluded, and the backyard was a great place to spend time together too.

The location was great most of the stuff we went to go do was either 20 minutes away or less so it was awesome to be like five minutes away from HEB already had stuff inside the place for the people which is great like towels and stuff the cleanliness was great the property manager was great at messaging us getting back to us if we had a question super fast Had a great time

Texas Vacation
My family is from Kentucky, and we had a great time. The house was clean and nice. We felt right at home in this property. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The property location is 15 minutes from the airport and there was a grocery store right up the street so, access to food was easy to stock the refrigerator. There were also several restaurants location within a 5-minute drive.

Great getaway
My sisters and I really enjoyed staying at this property while in Austin for the Texas Book Festival. It's far enough away from downtown to skip the crazy that can happen after dark, but close enough to get there for activities. The property owner is wonderful to work with - very responsive to questions and requests. Property is exactly as depicted. Will book here again!

Good location
It was a good location and a great house for the 6 of us needed. It was clean, nice size downstairs. My only negative review is the shower. Hardly any water dripped out of the master bath shower. Other than that, it was a nice quiet neighborhood and the host was commutative.
