When I arrived to checked in, i need to pay for the whole stay. Usually you pay when you checked out, in this hotel, you need to pay when you checked in. 3. The rooms and the hotel has heavy cigarette smells. We were shown multiple rooms, and every single rooms has heavy cigarette smells, even though the hotel...

"L’hôtel est pratique, le personnel de làccueil est très serviable et souriant, mais le petit déjeuner est vraiment décevant, tous les jours la même chose et peu de choix pour des européens, et le personnel de petit dej devrait être plus souriant, mieux habillé, et ne pas tout ranger des 9:45 car le service est jusqu’à 10h. "The location was so convenient to head out exploring all the hotspots of Taipei, especially being so close to the metro. Staff had great customer service - very helpful and friendly. The menu for the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly different every day as was the happy hour selection which was quite a treat. Hotel room and all other facilities was as expected for the value - highly recommend staying here as we, overall, had a great experience!"

"Loved the separate extended size tub and bath salt. Eased my travel fatique. However, the extra toilet essentials not as good as 2 years ago (cosmetic sponges, cotton swabs and bathcap). Overall, I'll stay again."
