"Our room was large nicely appointed and comfortable. The service is the real issue at this hotel. They are understaffed and don't answer the phone most of the times. The majority of the staff do not seem happy to to provide customer service. When I checked out, they presented me with a bill that included room and taxes which I had already paid through Expedia. It seems very unorganized and like I said customer service is very poor."
