"The map showed the unit on the 1st floor, BUT in reality it was on the 3rd floor. The King bed was rock hard. If that's what you like NOT. The loft must have been made for kids, theirs no way an adult could sleep up there. The knives for slicing and dicing wouldn't even slice butter. The kitchen did not have much as for being stocked."

"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."
