"The hotel staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make the family comfortable. We had requested a connected room and were told we were going to get a connected room, but I think there was a misunderstanding, and the front desk was very friendly about not being able to Give this to us and delivered champagne which we were not gonna use but also give us $100 credit and food and beverage. Our rooms were right next to each other, though. Aside from that the hotel stay was wonderful."

"Perfectly located in downtown Denver with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Check-in was seamless with incredibly friendly & welcoming staff. The flowers in the lobby are always stunning. My room had a terrific view and was expertly appointed. The housekeeping staff was terrific and I enjoyed turndown service each night. "Nice resort, but a little overwhelmed/ understaffed. A few minor issues, like infrequent hot water in the shower and the room would get randomly hot during some parts of the night unless you kept the thermostat on “cool” (but if you kept it on “cool” instead of “heat” all night, eventually the room would get too cold, as it is 10-20 degrees outside).
