"It was rather noisy, with what I suspect were tenants living in the building, bumping around, and rather thin walls. earplugs are a must. Staff was great and it was clean. Awesome breakfast. A great area to experience the local culture up close and personal while still being in a tourist area."

"The hotel was very good and service from Mehmet and his bellboys (Ismet / Ilyaas not sure what the other gentleman's name is) was excellent. The cleaning staff and the breakfast team was always polite and friendly. This is definitely one hotel I would recommend as the location and the hotel are perfect! If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely go back to Ipek Palas. Thank you to their team for the excellent service."
