"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"We had a great stay , however they have a major issue with their heating system . You are unable to control it from your room . It’s either very hot or you turn it off . Far from ideal in winter . We ended up requesting a fan to try and cool the room down to be able to sleep ."
