Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "My wife and I stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful time. The room was clean with an amazing sea view. The staff were all very friendly. I honestly can’t fault anything. The buggy system that transports you around the resort was extremely convenient. Nice selection of food - I would definitely stay at this resort again when visiting Sharm El Sheikh. "

"The room is not properly cleaned, there were traces of hair on the bed, the floor and in the bathroom. Location is remote with nothing within walking distance, saving grace is a regular shuttle bus that runs throughout the day. Limited dining options with short service hours, this means chaotic dining experience."
