"The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and...

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous beach,azur blue water with beautiful sandy beach and mountains in the back ground are breathtaking. landscape with multiple fountains..Food was delicious with different vareities every day. staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable bed is very comfortable. nice views from the balcony, weather was amazing.The only only issues were few flies, which was addressed with management and they said is a temporary situation caused by the surrounding desert...

"I liked how beautiful and clean the property was but I did not like the way some of the staff treated us, including the restaurant staff and the front desk staff. The service was slow and it took us a long time to check into our hotel room and they wouldn’t let us see the room before paying. "
