"The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated, The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! "I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...
