"We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours.
