"We usually stay at the Courtyard near the ballfield, but the prices went through the roof for the dates we were coming to Reno. We decided to chance a casino stay and were pleasantly surprised! 1. Free parking ( Courtyard at the ballfield charges 15 a night) 2. VERY good concierge and staff. The man literally escorted us to the street ( its a confusing layout) and gave us the best walking directions to the ball field. 3. There were a lot of people, 3 casinos connected, lots of families, ...

"We stayed in the 28th floor of the Sky Tower. It was fun, clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was great. The only challenge was the lack of signage leading us to the hotel check in from both the street or inside the casino. "

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like we were in our home away from home. The front desk was very nice and super helpful. It was very quiet, clean, and close to all kinds of food and shopping. You won’t be disappointed!!"

No too bad

"This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno"
