Newly built Marriot. Nice clean rooms. All the amenities. Not fancy. Plenty of plugs for electronics though. The staff was great. Bar downstairs and hot food to purchase

The pool was still under renovations even though the website said it was opening back up on march 10th
I like the place is pretty new so everything is clean and tidy. But I don't like the shower because the glass cover is only halfway way so a lot of water splashes coming outside to the floor

This hotel is not in Reno or Sparks. It is 20 minutes more or less east of Sparks. The pool was also not in operation, so maybe update the listing. Other than that, it’s new and clean.
The hotel is super nice and clean. Just expect that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Driving to casinos will be about a 20 minute drive one way. It becomes really tiring driving back-and-forth. So if you’re thought is saving some $ because it’s a cheaper stay, you better think twice because the time and gas will get you in the end anyway.
The staff was great Front desk was very helpful. The property was neat and clean.
No desk chair. No lotion in the bathroom. The noise traffic starting at 5 AM was horrible.
This hotel has only been open for about a month so it was excellent condition. Their staff was very friendly. The area is mostly industrial but one of the staff told me they are developing the area. It's just a short drive south of I 80 and very quiet.
Nice property. Room was clean and spacious. Good bathroom w large shower. Not a lot of dining options nearby other than fast food. Have to drive for actual restaurants.

Pool was closed. Room is difficult to navigate. No self service vending. Traffic noise
We flew to Sparks to visit our new grand baby. We selected this hotel to be near by. Plus It was a Trusted Brand, New and Offered a good price. The service was friendly, accommodating, clean, comfortable and everything you could wish for BUT the location was not what I expected Almost 30 minutes out from my grand daughter. I expected John Wayne to ride up on his horse any Minute. It does however have a few stores and conveniences in the area.

There was an electricity outage across the whole block from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. I guess this location doesn’t have stable electricity?

There was a serious issue with security. Another guest with the same last name as myself was checked into my room. They entered my room while I was there and were as startled as I was. If I had been out to dinner and the other party had been someone dishonest, they could have taken all of my belongings and left. I also could have been coming out of the shower, or my wife and I could have been in a compromising position, etc. I know this was an honest mistake, but something should be done to ensure that this cannot happen. Between that, and the conditioner dispenser falling of the wall in the middle of the night, I was not able to get a restful night of sleep.
The shower faucet on “HOT” was ice cold the shower faucet on “COLD” was ice cold. the shower faucet turned to the middle was barely lukewarm at best. Provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that conditioner bottle on the wall was empty. I informed the front desk for her upon checkout, she said, “oh sorry! Have a good day.” Ugh
