"We spent two nights in Cuenca to visit one of our workers and while there stayed in the Casa Ordonez. We stayed there because the reviews were so good. We were impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his staff. They were quick to meet all our needs, put us in a better room the second night, arranged tours for us and we just appreciated them so much. Breakfast was very good and different every day! "

"Loved loved loved Casa El Eden! The owners Mario and Blanca made us feel at home from the minute we arrived until it was time for us to leave for the airport. Mario gave us some great suggestions for a restaurant and museum that ended up being true highlights for our time in Quito. Breakfast was delicious (amazing local fruit, our own carafes of coffee and hot chocolate, fresh eggs, and more!--> leagues better than the breakfast we had at a 4 star hotel in San Cristobal!), and we felt so well...
