"Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias."

"It was a pretty good stay. Quito is going through some power outages (due to the drought), so we had power off a lot of the time we were there at the property. But that's not necessarily the owner's fault -- everyone in Quito is getting their energy cut right now. Overall, it was a good deal, located up in a relatively safe area (in the financial district). I'm not sure I'll ever be in Quito again, but I'd definitely consider staying here again if I did. ~Jon"

PROS; - free toiletries(soap, shampoo) - Plates, cups, silverware were available to use in the room - Easy communication 4 English speakers(I ordered a shuttle to the airport & spoke with a polite man in English.
