"The facility is super clean and quiet. The price was fairly reasonable considering the cleanliness and staff and service. The only caveat is that it is located in 5-7 min of a walk of a narrow overpass from a nearby train station. Carrying a luggage and climbing up and down on many levels were a bit of an exercise. You need to take this train to go to the downtown for dining and shopping, and one way ticket costs 250 yen which is quite pricey. "

"It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold. I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room. No one smoke inside anymore in USA."
