"First off, it’s a Love Hotel, it’s adults only, and you should have a good idea what that means. I did have to use some translation apps but the service was good. As for the room, it was substantial for my 2 night stay. It is a short walk from the train station and tucked near a small “industrial type” area. There is lobby music in the halls that I could hear at times but it didn’t bother me. All in all, it was an experience and do recommend it."

"Room was spacious and staff was kind, if inattentive. Main issue was the smell, the bathroom reeked of mildew to the point where it was almost impossible to use it, as well as having obvious mold on the grout in the tiles. With this being the case of the cleanliness of the bathroom we ended up having to buy sheets to put over the bed as there were stains of unknown origin on the bed and curtains. If we hadn't prepared for 3 nights we wouldn't have stayed even 1."

"A very convenient location, right on the very edge of Kobe Chinatown, which is parallel to a long outdoor shopping mall. The hot water onsen part is small but sufficient. Free washers on site and dryers are very cheap. You can store your luggage if early or after checking out to explore the grounds. The staff spoke English and were friendly. "Although the room is small, but it is well equipped with everything that you need!! There is a public bath in level 3 and convenient store 7-11 is available at the same floor. If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. We enjoyed our stay during our visit at Osaka and definitely will stay here again next time we revisit Osaka! Highly recommended!!"

"The amenities provided by this hotel were much appreciated - from the in-room hot water dispenser that came with four kinds of coffee and two kinds of tea, public baths (separate for women and men), pajamas (one size), and welcome drinks every day, we enjoyed our stay at this 6-year-old property, which needless to say was in excellent condition with modern furnishings. It's a short walk to/from the Shin-Osaka station (Exit 4). While the surrounding is quiet and we were on the highest floor, we still heard the trains passing by throughout the night, but it did not impact us once we were asleep. The hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we've checked out as well, for pick-up later in the day. I would recommend and definitely stay here again if coming to/leaving from Osaka by Shinkansen. "

"Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, this hotel will give you all the offerings you need for your stay. With the included shuttle service from Osaka Station (Near Starbucks at Sakurabashi Exit) to the Hotel, this will reduce your travel time to and from the hotel from work or sightseeing. The offered amenities and restaurants are second to none and showcase a high class dining experience that every person would enjoy from the traditional Japanese cuisine, to the exquisite Chinese food with a view of the city. The offered breakfast option includes a Japanese/Western Buffet option or a Traditional Japanese breakfast. The buffet offers a variety of choices with lots of unique flavors and diets for everyone. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful option of drinks and an included minibar. They also offer laundry services and a car rental as well in the Hotel. The hotel also has a mini mall within the basement of the Hotel with great options and a tasty bakery/sweets shop at the lobby. Overall, This was one of the most exceptional places I've stayed at while in Japan and would love to book here again in the future!"
