"Lovely stay at Ramside. First time we have been here and we will be back. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, only issue was that it smelt a bit damp when we walked in but opened patio doors and aired it and was ok afterwards. Lovely clean rooms. Beds not the most comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and a double/king size bed would be better than 2 beds put together, kept falling down the middle. Next time may look to upgrade to a premier room. Restaurants are lovely and the food was amazing. Haven’t tried the Asian fusion one yet but heard good things about it. Spa is one of the best ones around. Booked in for a massage. Would highly recommend. Gym and pool area is great for relaxing. "

"Received a first class service from Scott at check in. Room fabulous with massive bed. Top floor 7. Plentiful tea and coffee facilities. A lovely quiet night and good quality sleep. Breakfast was good, however mushrooms would have been good to complete the full English. Will be back next year to stay again. "
