"The house itself is situated in a peaceful quiet gated community with ice cold AC and clean interior. I did extensive research on Cedar Key before booking, it is a laid back small town. "My husband and I took this vacation because we needed some peace and quiet, and time to destress. That is exactly what we got with Eagle View! The location was perfect for us - close to shopping, restaurants and oceanside activities, but private enough to avoid traffic noises and bustling crowds. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the owners were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and sightseeing activities. We highly recommend this VRBO!"

"Our family enjoyed the property and spent a lot of time on the dock. The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed. A bonus was the nice little restaurant right down the street. The location is close to both Manatee Springs and Cedar Key, so we used it as a home base to explore the area. We would definitely stay again, thank you for the pleasant experience!"

"I booked this place and once we arrived around 8:00 pm to locate it. I contacted the owner’s who said it wasn’t showing as rented. After explaining and finding out what the issue was they drove over an hour to get us the keys and by that time it was around 9:00pm. Cherrie and Lewis are the most gracious owners an hosts I’ve ever rented from. We will be staying here from now on at least three times a year for our fishing trips.
