"Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book."

"We had an absolutely excellent stay on the Suwannee River in a beautiful camper. The serene surroundings made for such a relaxing getaway. The host, John, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!"

"Friends and I were kayaking the southern part of the Suwannee and needed a home base on the river. We enjoyed our stay. The place is definitely retro but it’s on a great piece of land on the river. The dock and boathouse were awesome to relax on and the yard is plenty big. Beds were comfortable as was the living room. Everything in the house was clean and a lot of space for us to hang out in the evenings after being on the river. Wi-Fi worked great, which was good because there was no cell signal. If we ever decide to kayak down that way again we would definitely look into staying again. "
