This is a true Fisherman's Paradise! Inshore fishing for species including Redfish, Trout, Snook, Triple Tail, Cobia and many more. Offshore species include Red Snapper, Grouper, Sea Bass, King Mackerel, just to name a few. The Scallop Grounds at Pepperfish Key are a short ride away. Travel up the Suwannee River and enjoy Manatee Springs and the sandbars. There is truly something for everyone at this boater's and fisherman's paradise.

This 3 BR/2 BA condo, with a PRIVATE DEDICATED BOAT SLIP, provides everything you will need for your stay. From your balcony, you will enjoy views of the sunset over the Gulf. Just a couple minute boat ride can take you to both the Suwannee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Covered parking for two vehicles (or one vehicle and boat trailer) is available under the unit, with free overflow and trailer parking available on site. There is a boat ramp located directly adjacent to the condo complex at the Gateway Marina that is convenient and free to use for condo residents and guests. Gateway Marina is also readily available for any of your fishing and boating supply needs, including marine fuel. The condo also features a private community pool and fish cleaning station. The Salt Creek Restaurant is conveniently located less than a mile away for lunch and dinner. Bring your catch and they will cook it to your liking. Breakfast and lunch are also available at the Suwannee Marina just a few blocks away. Suwannee has a new Hardware Store in town as well as a Food Market where they have a gift store and make fresh sandwiches and beverages. Bring your golf cart, side by side, or ATV for easy access to all Suwannee has to offer.

Inside this 3BR/2BA unit, you will find a dining area including a dining table (4 chairs) and bar with barstools (3), accommodating 7 people. The fully outfitted kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove/oven, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator and other small appliances including a blender, toaster, coffee pot (Keurig and conventional) and electric can opener. Dishes, cook-ware, utensils and drinkware are provided. Unit Includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. 55" smart TV in the living room. You can hook up to any of your streaming networks. No cable. You can also mirror your phone to watch local channels. Each bedroom also features a smart TV.
We provide a Pack N Play as well as a portable high chair booster for your little ones.

If you are considering a stay in Suwannee look no further. This is by far the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. The condo is beautifully decorated and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could ever need. Beds are super comfy. Having a designated boat slip was a huge plus. The owner is ver responsive to any questions you may have. Cannot recommend this rental enough. We will definitely be back
