Considering the hurricanes that went through in 2024, the recovery of the area and this building was remarkable. The one issue we encountered was an elevator that was not working. "All in all we enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was clean but could use some updating. Checking in is not convenient. You need to pickup and return the keys five miles down the road and the office closes at 5pm. Communication with the owner and manager was good. Location was awesome. There is a sports complex/park across the unit. Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Pickle Ball, playground and splash pad (wasn’t open yet). Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, not 2 minutes. "The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing we needed for the week was provided in the condo. The only thing missing was a beach view, but that was my fault as I assumed the condo had a view, but I never inquired about it with the owner. We adjusted to that and had a nice visit."

"Only negative was the 2 twin beds. My daughter and 23 year old granddaughter said they were uncomfortable and noisy. Having washer and dryer was a plus. The ice maker was a nice addition. Thanks for a lovely stay with a perfect view. "
