"Hotel is situated in a central location however if you are taking taxis out be prepared to wait as during busy periods the traffic is slow at the hotel entrance. As mentioned hotel is located in a central location and you can see lots of people crowded at the entrance making it a little overcrowded and unwelcoming. Side door is also full of drivers and other guests smoking making it very unsightly. Would be better if they had a designated smoking area so guests do not need to walk past it....

"It’s definitely a hotel for the under 40 crowd. I should have researched a bit more before choosing this hotel. Great location next to the Elements Mall, but a taxi or train ride to everything else. "Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms although very small. We asked for a twin room after friends warned us that the Double Room is very small. Ensuit bathroom is a partitioned room using transparent plastic panels. When light is turned on at night it lights up the bedroom which is not ideal for other occupant who is asleep. No restaurant facilities for breakfast. Only lunch and dinner. We did not mind as there was an excellent Cafe within walking distance. "
