It was my first experience that the restroom and shower room were integrated.It's like taking a shower next to the toilet with the lid on the toilet and the whole toilet next to it.It is by no means clean or well-equipped, but the price is reasonable overall for its central location in Kowloon.

Great hotel for the price considering it’s location for just about anything you want to do in the city and good staff. There are better lodgings close by but at more than double the price and less convenient spot. It is on the noisy side due to it being in a high traffic spot close to transportation and big number of noisy guests

Hotel is in the location between the Star Ferry and ladies market, 5 mins walk from YMT MTR station and just behind the Temple Street, also 10 mins will have the bus direct to airport. seven-eleven is by the conner which not need to worry anything with location. Room is small with enough size and got everything you need. Nice people in there as well. Very fit for Solo travel.

This hotel is my default option for my pit stops in Hong Kong. Got there way too early but they had my room and card key ready and just needed my deposit and signature. Premier room this time and it is a decent bit more spacious than the standard room and the comfort level goes up likewise. Large enough for a small family to be comfortable and the computer desk is equally larger having enough space for your electronics with enough space left for a take out meal so you can eat and work on a laptop at the same time with room to spare.

I am a business owner myself so I try to be fair but I really haven’t much to say that is helpful for this hotel. The staff were accommodating as I requested room changes 3 times only to end up leaving early anyway because of the following: These are GUESTROOMS. Meaning you are in a VERY small space with your toilet and shower in the same space. You will be cramped while trying to wash your hair over your toilet and sink while your toilet paper gets soaked. You are limited to 5 MINUTES of shower time - after that you will run out of hot water. There is mold everywhere inside the rooms. Picture attached. They do not sanitize the showers as I asked them for sanitizer so that I could scrub my own shower and they said they don’t have it nor use it. People smoke inside. It’s not smoke free. There are cockroaches everywhere. Picture attached. The cockroach was the last straw for me, so I asked for a refund only to be told that I have to pay for the stay anyway cause I left after 12pm. I was unfairly treated because I had to pay for a room that was deemed unsafe to stay in (mold, cockroaches, unsanitary toilet conditions).
