"Great location. Almost next to West Lake. Our room even has a partial view of the lake. A bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very nice and efficient staff. Plenty of food choice across the street. One drawback: For some reason, it is hard to get a taxi in front of the hotel. Better across the street. "

"the hotel was perfect and it was very clean. but THE LOCATION OF HOTEL AS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT SAME. IT IS ATLEAST 45MINUTES METRO RIDE FROM WESTLAKE AREA. please recheck and correct so others do not face the same problem. the hotel is not in hangzhou, but in a suburb of yuyang."
