"This is safe and conveient to stay at this hotel. Staff is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious and equipped with everything needed. However, the slippers provided is not packed in sealed plastic bag . I am a bit doubted whether the slippers were used , left over from other customers. Other than this doubt, everything is fine and zi love staying at this hotel."

"Hotel is well located but I find most of the staff are not familiar with sights around them and did not even give us the easiest direction to the myeongdong market which is right behind their hotel. For an intl brand - they don’t speak English so well and cannot understand. They were not aware of the massive protest and did not guide us how to get around accordingly. "

"The hotel was always clean and staff very attentive to our needs. They speak English which was good for us. Location was good and near places of interest with easy access. The only matter was that demonstrations were taking place near a plaza there and it will be held mostly in the evening. Overall excellent experience!"

" This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many of the sites, lots of excellent restaurants near by - it was quiet for being in a big city, my only issue was the heat, I could not turn it down and in fact had to open the window at night for sleeping - I loved this hotel so much I would stay here again if in the area"
