"Very small room with little space for 2 people’s luggage but very cute and comfortable. Room service was bad. The beds were barely made (sheet roughly pulled over the pillows without tucking anything or straightening the pillows first). Lobby bathroom was in a terrible state. They did however hold our luggage for several days while we did a 3 day trip to Jeju Island. They can hold it for up to one week. Not every member of staff speaks English. Had to use Google translate back and forth a few...

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel.
