"Checked in for a single night after a concert in Seoul Land. The room was mostly clean, with minor cosmetic blemishes. The one thing that lowered my opinion significantly is that I paid extra for a room with a tub. The tub had a button, presumably for the jets, but it did not work. I still was able to enjoy my bath, but it would have been more enjoyable with the functioning tub. "

"The room is very clean and tidy. Staffs have been helpful. What I don't like is that I didn't expect there is no day light in the room. There is a window in the room, but when you open it, the wall of the next building is right on your face. That makes it difficult to wake up in the morning."

"My hotel room was comfortable. The location was in an interesting area. The restaurant section. The hotel is not centrally located. Taxis are inexpensive in Seoul, so getting to the city center wasn't a problem. I recommend the Zip Hotel if you're looking for an affordable, clean, safe place to stay."
