"This business went above and beyond. Let me start with the day shift check in… just vibrant, positive and welcoming as can be. The guest were super friendly and inviting as well. The maintenance man frequented the pool area while there was high traffic in the pool and ensured as much neutralizing and cleanliness that can be offered from a community pool. The morning staff during check out was amazing. I came down very early to buy water and the front desk staff quickly made a new batch of lemon water. While I waited for the lemon water, I spoke to an awesome employee and managed to lose my room key. The front desk agent remade my key and even found my first key I left and gave me the courtesy of knowing they found the key. I felt much more at ease, knowing the key was found by staff. This was such a little gesture, but meant so much. Lastly, the check out staff was amazing. Check out was seamless. The supervisor during check in is a ROCKSTAR! Thanks so much for making this experience so awesome. We can’t wait to come back. That windy walkway was so much fun! "

"The staff was very friendly from the front desk to Housekeeping when we would run into them on the staircase. Breakfast was great and we also got a doggie basket for our little pup which included dog treats, a pet blanket, and wash clothes shaped life like a dog. Would highly recommend. The oceanfront view was amazing!"
