"ONLY BAD THINGS I FOUND WAS ..Really busy only bad thing . All tables was reserved for other families even hour b4 there time to be there Sausages on my mix grill not nice cheap And chicken fell apart like it wasnt chicken. Too soft . And it cost £20 for a mix grill and a pint "

"Had to stay over in Warrington at shortish notice, found this place and it looked nice plus the price was quite low, I wondered what the catch was, there wasn't one. It was fab all the staff were smiley and friendly ,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and it had parking! Really close to the centre of things too. Would recommend and stay here again."

"It was a pleasant stay. Once I'd moved room I was happy. Anywhere other than first floor has a mouldy smell. Place could do with a bit of modernising but was clean and tidy. To eat you have to leave the buidling to go up the steps to the bar and restaurant in a separate building. There was nothing spectacular about the food but it was eatable. It's not a place I would go to for a relaxing break but it was comfortable and close to family that I required. "

"Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "
