"Our room was very comfortable, though the view wasn’t great as it overlooked the restaurant. However, this was more than made up for by the lounge area—a quirky hidden gem! It was a nice space to relax, though it felt a bit eerie since we seemed to be the only ones using it, despite the inn being full. "I spent two nights in the Oban Bay Hotel - it’s in a beautiful location overlooking the sea front which is ideal for watching all the ferries coming and going. The staff were all helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour. The breakfasts were excellent and the French toast, bacon and maple syrup with the addition of vanilla ice cream was certainly a first for me and surprisingly delicious!! I would happily return for another break in the future."
