Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Liked the view from the room window accross the loch, and has a great location only a few minutes drive from fort william. The staff were friendly especially the cleaner who came running out after me to say id left my toothbrush behind. Not too impressed by the room itself though, it was a bit tired looking with stains on the carpet and rusty brown bits in the shower screen. Also the walls are thin enough to clearly hear neighbouring guests. To be fair it wasnt an expensive hotel so its not bad for the money.

It has an amazing view of the mountains however it is an outdated hotel, it’s simple and old-fashion. The food was good and decent. The only concerns I have is the address, it didn’t appear on Apple Maps, the sign of the location (drived at night so it wasn’t easy to find), not soundproof (heard footsteps from other rooms). The staff was very polite and very greeting overall.

Upon arrival i asked about bar meals. But they are not doing bar meals or dinners. The lady was not very welcoming or friendly. Scottish lady.
Hotel rooms were clean, amenities present. Restaurant timings and service inconsistent. Staff could be a little more friendly. Far away from shops but overall would come again.
For the price, surprisingly good hotel. Many similarities to a Premier Inn, but at the fraction of the price. Some of the decor isn't great, but they get the basics right, which is crucial.
Definitely recommend this, hotel.
