"I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western "

"Guter und noch erschwinglicher Preis. Wenn man nicht allzu viel Luxus möchte, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Klasse ist, dass es nicht weit ist zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich."

"It's in a good location - the train station is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, but the room I had was VERY small, and the towels were small, and didn't include a washcloth. Also, the bathroom isn't separate, only the toilet. The breakfast was just OK. Would I use the hotel again? yes, but I would not want to unrelated people in the same room. It's two small beds pushed together with very little privacy for showering or going to the bathroom. "
