Although a beautiful hotel we felt comfortable walking in in our outdoor boots and coats and the hotel had a quiet, relaxed feel. The staff were excellent, quiet, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa area was spacious and relaxing. There was no one there when we went but it did get busier later in the day. There are no tea be coffee making facilities in the rooms but you can buy hot drinks...

"This hotel was extremely cozy and welcoming. I asked the front desk worker if they had a wake up call service for the northern lights and while they didn’t, he offered to call my personal cell if they came out. They had a small game room/ lounge to mingle with others as well which was really nice. I would highly recommend! "

Large, modern rooms with two beds, good for families. A warning - Denmark is an expensive country and all the food and beverage pricing will shock you as compared to the US. It's about a 1 KM walk to the main square in front of city hall, slightly less to the train station. If the weather is good, walk...
