"Everything was good"

"We arrived 4 hours before check in and we were given a room within a few mins with no fuss. Room was a suite - perfect for our family of 4. Room had everything we needed, free complimentary minibar which was refuelled daily. Room service and cleaning was on point and the reception staff whenever required fulfilled all requests. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of selection and amazing views of the mosque of the prophet from one side. Location is the best thing - literally on the courtyard of the mosque with amenities and shops available in all directions. Would I reccomend? 1000% would i stay again? 1000000% !!!"

"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security clearance at the entry level. It delayed my departure for half an hour. I would stay again here in the future. "
