Best hospitality, best personnel and best hotel in front of Haram’entrance. The hotel exceeded my expectations to the point that I extended my stay with them. The receptionists at Tower 2 of the hotel Al Manakha Rotana were so kind, helpful and lovely. The guestService is excellent. This has been a 5/5 experience.
