"We use this hotel regularly at the moment to visit family. The hotel is generally very good. The most recent room was in the Carlton hotel section which had signs of old water leak or condensation runs. Also mould around window which needed cleaning. The bath was blocked and toilet roll holder came off a few times. Just a few housekeeping issues which can be easily remedied. Only gripe is early risers banging fire doors or room doors when leaving. We like the staff and position of hotel....
