"This is the first Onsen I've ever stayed at. I wasn't certain of what to expect but was pleasantly delighted by the experience. I'm sure others were too as the had many staying at the property. We were able to use the private onsens at 5 in the morning. But from what I could see, it got very crowded later in the day. I wish we could have stuck around the property more, but since we had a short time in Kyoto, we spent much of it exploring the surrounding area which was charming."

"It is so convenient location-wise, also quiet. the front desk was nice and kind. A chair in front of the desk had red spot and it was the only thing I wasn't comfortable about this hotel, but except for that, it was amazing."

"This was the second time my husband and I stayed here but this time I brought my family and friends. 9 of us total. I communicated with Justin via email and he was so accommodating with my requests. It was even nicer that I got to meet him in person when we checked in. We love the private onsen in our room and that we can also reserve the public ones as well Atmosphere is so relaxing. So far we have gone to 4 or the 8 you can reserve so we will need to return again to try the others. I left my phone in the onsen and the gentleman ran back to get it for me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he is always smiling, tall and wears glasses. We opted for breakfast together and they gave us a private room with a beverage bar just for our group. Next time we will do kaiseki dinner there as everyone enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for the great service from you staff! "

"Hotel location is right next to Sannomiya station. Hundreds of dining options all around. Quality, cleanness, convenience.. all 5 star. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was amazing. View of thr mountains and Kobe port was most beautiful. We will stay here again. Highly recommended if visiting beautiful Kobe. "
