Seems like it's been a while since it's had a refresh and at some point could use new carpeting in the halls, but generally a lovely convenient place. Great gym. I was excited about that. Lovely bath gel, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
