"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and...

"The property is beautifully located with lovely views of the countryside and right between Solvang and Los Olivos. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to make meals, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. The host was welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. "This is an amazing home.12 of us stayed comfortably and had such a wonderful time.Beds were great sheets perfect lots of towels.Sitting areas were just right for all of us and there were lots of sitting areas.Lovely outdoor furniture with fire pit And big long eating tables outside and in The beach and walking area from the house was out of this world.
